The Process

Initial Discussion

In March 2023, the client came to us and we sat down with them to learn more about their business, their pain points, and what they needed. Specifically, they were seeking to add more piano students to their classes.

Google Ad Campaign Setup

Once we determined Kayo Piano Studio’s target audience, our team conducted additional research to ensure their ads would be as effective as possible by including high-performing keywords in their headlines. Then, we created their ad campaign with a starting budget of just $5 a day, focusing on maximizing clicks and phone calls.

After less than five months of successful ad performance, we noticed the ads reached their daily limit midday, indicating continued high demand for piano lessons. Since the budget constraint caused the ad to stop appearing midday, we recommended they increase their budget to $8 a day.

Website & Google Business Profile SEO

In addition to setting up and managing their Google Ad campaign, we also helped optimize their Google Business Profile and website for search engines (SEO). After reviewing their website and Google Business Profile, we advised Kayo Piano Studio to add more videos, pictures, and testimonials to their website, which helped increase the client’s overall user engagement and conversions.
