We’re excited to introduce new features in WebdeReserve that make managing your events easier and more flexible than ever! Whether you’re a first-time event host or you already manage ongoing events, these new features will help you manage them effortlessly.
Flexible Phone Number Field Options
Not every event needs the same information from participants. That’s why WebdeReserve now lets you customize how you collect phone numbers on your registration form. When you set up your event, choose from three simple options: Required, Optional, or Unnecessary.
Based on the setting you select, the participant form will show:
- Required: Participants must fill out the phone number field.
- Optional: The phone number field will appear, but participants don’t have to fill it out.
- Unnecessary: There won’t be a phone number field shown on the form.
This update lets you perfectly tailor the registration form to your event, collecting only the information you need.
Get Notified When Your Event Has a Waitlist
Keeping track of waitlists just got easier! When your event reaches capacity and a waitlist starts, we will automatically send an email notification whenever someone joins the waitlist.
This feature lets you know about interest in your event right away, so you can make decisions and manage your event more efficiently.
