HELP DESK SYSTEM

We have developed and implemented a HELP DESK system allowing our customers to email any questions or problems they have to our customer support team. This is done by simply emailing your problem to support@pspinc.com. When using HELP DESK you can choose any email address you have access to.

When the email enters the system, it is placed in a pool where our support staff can answer each one-by-one in the order they are received - this way, no email gets lost.

This HELP DESK system is built on the PILOT.PSPINC.COM platform, which is a FREE CRM software system where anyone can sign up. HELP DESK is a paid add-on but I want you to try it for FREE. We have no plan to charge for this service to any small businesses so long as there is a ‘Stay-Home’ order in effect.

This system is allowing PSPinc to maintain a superior level of service even with our support staff working from home. There is no charge. Please contact us to set up your account.
